Kiwi Green Smoothie Bowl

Refreshing and tropical, packed with vitamin C.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried kiwi powder

  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk

  • Toppings: sliced kiwi, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Blend banana, avocado, spinach, kiwi powder, and liquid until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.

  3. Sprinkle extra kiwi powder for a color pop and tangy kick.
