Cranberry Coconut Energy Balls

A tangy, tart bite-sized snack for busy days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried cranberry powder

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, cranberry powder, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.

  2. Stir in almond butter and honey until combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
