- Please note that due to the natural properties of freeze-dried powders, clumping may occasionally occur. An easy way to declump the powder is to place the sealed package in the freezer overnight. The cold temperature helps to break up any clumps, ensuring the powder returns to its original, fine consistency. You may use an utensil to break it apart even better.
