Our organic strawberries are grown in Germany, known for its rich soil and temperate growing climate. That careful cultivation locks in bright, naturally sweet flavor and vibrant color you won't find in early-picked fruit.
We work directly with certified organic growers to freeze-dry the whole strawberry slice at peak ripeness, locking in maximum flavor and texture. From field to your bag — nothing added, nothing removed.

Frequently asked questions
Our strawberries are real, organic strawberries grown in Germany, picked at peak ripeness, sliced, and freeze-dried. No heat, no fillers, no added sugar — just the fruit with the water removed, leaving a light, crispy texture. Every 3.2oz bag is a 10:1 concentrate of fresh fruit.
Yes — freeze-drying gives them a light, airy crunch, almost like a fruit chip. The flavor is bright and naturally sweet, just like a fresh strawberry, concentrated since all the water has been removed. Eat them straight from the bag, or sprinkle over cereal, yogurt, and smoothies for extra crunch.
Yes — certified organic by both USDA and EU standards. We're also 3rd-party lab tested for purity, heavy metals, microbiological safety, and potency. You can trust exactly what's in the bag.
That happens when they absorb moisture from the air — a sign we don't use any preservatives or moisture-blocking additives. Reseal the bag tightly after each use and store somewhere cool and dry to keep them crisp longer.
Once opened, store in a cool dry place and reseal the bag tightly after each use. Best used within 6 months of opening. Keep away from humidity — freeze-dried fruit absorbs moisture quickly, which affects crispness.
Up to 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored unopened in a cool, dry place. Perfect for stocking up, hiking trips, or the desk drawer — no waste, no spoilage.
Yes — freeze-drying removes only the water while preserving the vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants naturally found in strawberries. Unlike baking or air-drying, nothing is cooked out.
Yes — they hold their shape well in cookies, muffins, and baked goods without adding extra moisture to your batter, unlike fresh or frozen strawberries. They also work great crumbled over pancakes or waffles as a natural topping.
Yes — it's a single-ingredient whole food with no added sugar, no additives, and no common allergens. A mess-free fruit snack that's easy to pack in lunchboxes, and even picky eaters tend to love the crunchy, naturally sweet taste. As always, consult your pediatrician if you have any specific concerns.
