Everyday use
Rich, sweet-tart berry flavor for breakfast, baking & drinks.
Made from whole organic black raspberries grown in Poland, freeze-dried and milled into a deep purple powder. It's less tart than red raspberry, with a darker, richer flavor, so a teaspoon goes a long way in yogurt, smoothies and baking.
Stir into yogurt, oatmeal and smoothies, or even coffee and matcha
Adds natural deep purple color to frosting, smoothie bowls and baking
Ground from the whole berry, seeds included, so the texture isn't perfectly smooth
Black raspberries are rarely sold fresh. This keeps them in your pantry year-round
Just one ingredient, 8:1 concentrate, USDA & EU Organic Certified

Our black raspberries are grown on certified organic farms in Poland, one of Europe's biggest berry-growing countries. Black raspberries have a short season and are rarely sold fresh, so freeze-drying is the easiest way to enjoy them year-round.
We freeze-dry the whole berry, seeds included, so the powder keeps its rich, sweet-tart flavor and deep purple color. Every 5oz bag starts as about 40oz of fresh berries. Nothing added, nothing removed.

Jungle Powders Organic Black Raspberry Powder is made from whole organic black raspberries (Rubus occidentalis) grown in Poland. The berries are freeze-dried and milled into a powder, seeds included. Each 5 oz bag is made from about 40 oz of fresh berries, an 8:1 ratio.
No. Black raspberries are a type of raspberry. Like red raspberries, they come off the plant with a hollow center, while blackberries keep their solid core. Black raspberries are also smaller, have a short summer season and are rarely sold fresh.
Black raspberry has a richer, darker, sweet-tart flavor and is less tart than red raspberry. It gives a deep purple color instead of pink. Both work in smoothies, yogurt and baking, so the choice mostly comes down to flavor and color.
No. The only ingredient is organic black raspberries. There is no added sugar, no fillers, no anti-caking agents and no artificial flavors. The powder contains the sugars naturally present in the berries.
Stir it into yogurt, oatmeal or overnight oats, blend it into smoothies, or add it to coffee drinks and matcha. Start with a teaspoon and adjust to taste. A little goes a long way.
Yes. We grind the whole berry, so you may notice tiny seed bits and the texture is not perfectly smooth. For a smoother frosting or glaze, sift the powder through a fine sieve before use.
Yes. Add it to muffins, cakes, cookies, frosting or cheesecake for black raspberry flavor and a fruit-based purple color. The shade depends on how much you use and the other ingredients, and baking can change the final color. For baking, follow a recipe developed for freeze-dried fruit powder rather than replacing flour or fresh fruit one-for-one.

Yes. The only ingredient is organic black raspberries, so it suits plant-based smoothies, baking and desserts.
Fruit powder absorbs moisture from the air, and ours contains no anti-caking agents, so small clumps can form over time. Keeping the opened bag in the fridge helps it stay loose. Use a clean, dry spoon, reseal the bag promptly, and break up any small clumps with a spoon or sieve.
Reseal the bag tightly after each use and keep it in the fridge to prevent clumping. Use a clean, dry spoon. Follow the storage instructions and best-before date on your bag.
Refer to the best-before date printed on your bag for your batch. Keep the unopened bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
The powder can be mixed into familiar foods such as yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies or pancakes to add black raspberry flavor and color. The only ingredient is organic black raspberries. Check the packaging for allergen information and suitability for your child's dietary needs.
