the orchards of Poland.
Our tart cherries are grown in Poland, one of the world's largest producers of the fruit, known for its cool climate and rich soil. That slow, cool ripening locks in bold tartness and vibrant ruby-red color you won't find in early-picked fruit.
We work directly with trusted growers to freeze-dry the tart cherries at peak ripeness, locking in maximum flavor and nutrition. From orchard to your bag — nothing added, nothing removed.

Frequently asked questions
Our tart cherry powder is made from real tart cherries, grown in Poland, that are freeze-dried and then gently ground into a fine powder. No heat, no fillers, no additives — just pure concentrated cherry. Every 3.5oz bag is an 8:1 concentrate of fresh fruit.
Stir one teaspoon (4g) into smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, or water. Mix into baked goods, sauces, or desserts for a bright, tangy flavor and natural ruby-red color. One bag gives you 25 servings — enough for over three weeks of daily use.
Our tart cherry powder is not certified organic, but it's single-ingredient — 100% freeze-dried tart cherry with no added sugar, preservatives, or fillers. It's also non-GMO and 3rd-party lab tested for purity, heavy metals, microbiological safety, and potency. You always know exactly what's in the bag.
Clumping is completely normal and actually a good sign — it means we use zero anti-caking agents or fillers. If clumping occurs, simply place the sealed bag in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours, then gently tap or pound the package with a spoon until it loosens back to your preferred consistency.
Once opened, store in a cool dry place and reseal the bag tightly after each use. Best used within 6 months of opening. Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight.
Up to 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored unopened in a cool, dry place. Perfect for stocking up — no waste, no spoilage, same nutrition whenever you're ready to open.
Yes — freeze-drying removes only the water while preserving the natural taste, color, and nutrients of tart cherries. Unlike heat-drying or juicing, you get a richer fruit ingredient in concentrated form — popular among people focused on sleep, uric acid balance, and everyday immune support.
Not at all. Juice concentrates are diluted and often processed with added sugar. Our powder is made from the whole fruit itself, not just the juice — giving you a richer fruit ingredient that mixes seamlessly into drinks, yogurt, and baking.
Yes — it's a single-ingredient whole food with no added sugar, no additives, and no common allergens. A great way to add natural cherry flavor and color to kids' smoothies, yogurt, or pancakes. As always, consult your pediatrician if you have any specific concerns.
