Mango Banana Oat Bars

Jungle Powders

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana

  • ¼ cup mango puree

  • 1 tbsp freeze‑dried mango powder

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 °C (350 °F). Line a small square baking pan with parchment.

  2. In a bowl, mix oats, mashed banana, mango puree, mango powder, honey, and chopped nuts until well combined.

  3. Press mixture firmly into the pan. Bake for about 20‑25 minutes until edges are golden.

  4. Let cool completely, then cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
